Well, there are plenty of audiophile swear by AUDIO RESEARCH products. I did owned their REFERENCE 610T Tube Mono Amplifiers for four (4) years to drive the WILSON AUDIO MAXX 2 Loudspeakers. They make a beautiful pair and wonderful music.
So I am all smiles when someone decided to own an AUDIO RESEARCH product. Here, I have a local audiophile purchased a AUDIO RESEARCH REFERENCE 6 Tube Preamplifier to partner with his PASS LABS Mono Amplifiers and TANNOY WESTMINSTER GR Loudspeakers.
I heard the shared video of the set up, it was tonally well balanced and musical…what was most important, the owner was HAPPILY PLAYING…and ENJOYING.
