Genesis 1.1 (Modified), FM Acoustics, Transrotor Artus, Esoteric SACD, Vertere and more!
I was treated to a pleasant hospitality and honour to listen to this compilation of one of the world finest audio gears to date. I was blown away by the experience.
Nothing prepares me for a spectacularly huge and lifelike soundstage. Imaging was first class with palpability so real as if I was invited to jam with the band.
Tempo was clean and snappy that is so easy to follow. I was foot tapping throughout the session (I think my head shake too) with agreement to the music. The noise floor of the new FMA 223 phono and 268C is at a new level low that details take on a very new life. “Live” presentation is what I will coin this massive audio system!
On a separate note, this Genesis 1.1 (M) was so because the owner has removed the servo system from the bass tower and replace with FMA 3 ways crossover and added super high tweeters to the treble tower. I know some would not agree with these changes to an already great design but, to my ears, the owner’s dedication, commitment, patient and money paid off.
He got what he wanted and more on the way. I am greatly entertained by the end result of his efforts (and his pal, Ben)โฆenjoy.
