JVC DLA-NZ900 & NZ500-The Art of Projection & Event at AV DESIGNS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD with KLINGEN & ERLESEN SDN BHD (Part 1 of 2).

After living for about a month with the previous Flagship Laser Projector from JVC, the 4K native with upscale to 8K DLA-NZ9, which made an ‘Extremely Good Impression and Statement‘ with its projected Video Quality,…I was sure enthusistic for their latest Flagship, the JVC DLA-NZ900 launch at AV DESIGNS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, with KLINGEN & ERLESEN SDN BHD.

.

The launch was well attended by the usual suspects from the audio/ video media and dealers.

.

Even attended by some JVC enthusiasts,…looking to upgrade from their current laser and bulb projectors!

.

The event started by Tony Low of AV DESIGNS,…

.

…then the floor was passed to Steven Woo, the Marketing Director of KLINGEN & ERLESEN to introduce the latest native 4K laser projectors from JVC (for the event), the DLA-NZ900 and the NZ500 and, their new specifications and features.

.

The event continued with ‘multiple sessions‘ of showing the smallest JVC DLA-NZ500 native 4K laser projector at the smaller dedicated AV showroom. At first glance and impression of its chassis, I was a bit ‘sceptical‘ due to its ‘size and weight‘,…until the projected video!.

Comparatively, there was

more apparent Details,…

even at Dark and Difficult to track Scenes where most would have given up at just ‘Black Spots‘,

there was more Shine to Metal objects,…

instead of the ‘Plasticky Look‘ projected by the competition,

the Human Skin was presented in the Natural and Realistic Color,…

instead of Two [2] Tones and Two [2] Dimensions Renditions by the competition,

and the black was BLACK!

At the retail price of Ringgit Malaysia RM32,999, it sure was a

Benchmark in its Category of Video Performance!

.

Finally, there were two [2] sessions of showing for the Flagship JVC DLA-NZ900.

Most of the invited guests exclaimed that they were not prepared with the Huge Improvement or the…

Different League of Video Performance…

between the already amazing NZ500 with the Flagship NZ900!

I believed that that session deserved an ‘article by itself‘…to be continued at JVC DLA-NZ900-The Art of Projection, The Event & The Review (Part 2 of 2).
