AUDIOTECH PASSIVE GROUNDING by YF.FONG

.

I have been a firm believer in grounding my audio components since I was made aware of its effectiveness. Its all about making our audio components sound quieter, lesser interference, more transparency to their native sound quality and to the source materials.
.

.

Surprisingly, not everyone agree to the native sound quality of their audio components! Many want their components to sound the way they perceive as “quality sound”,…and many have asked me “how sure are you of one component’s native sound quality?”(!)

.

My answer has always been simple,…it’s resolution…the more resolution you hear, the more closer you are to its native performance or quality!

.

Funny thing is that not everyone likes resolution…

.

.

The more resolution, the more the audiophile have to handle…the more weaknesses may be exposed in the rest of the set up(?!).

.

The AUDIOTECH Passive Grounding unit by YF.FONG has been in my system since 2018. I have connected a pair of them at the negative binding post (Black) of both left and right side of the treble towers of the Gryphon Kodo Loudspeakers.
.

I would not say that it was a drastic improvement to the overall sound quality, however, there was the effect of a darker and quieter background! I would say that the overall soundstage’s depth was improved and the lower bass has a clearer delineation.

.

To me, they are worth investigating!
